We are very lucky that, for each Festival, we get a dedicated team of men to help us run it. They make sure many jobs and tasks are done so we can concentrate on paddling only.

The team is made up of dedicated partners, husbands and friends.

​

What the men do:

• Help organise the transport to locations in the morning and afternoon

• Change the marquee setting from informal to formal meals by preparing chairs and tables

• Help to carry boats around and load and unload on cars

• They have done many useful things, e.g. pitching tents at 1am, waiting for AA to restart a broken car

 

After all the hard work is the reward of a day paddling together!
